Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We offer returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong (non-defective) product.
  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an expired product.

We do not entertain returns or refunds for reasons such as dislike of fragrance, color, or individual skin reactions unless the product is defective or damaged. Used products will not be eligible for return.

How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

To request a return or refund, simply email us at support@uelem.com.  within seven days of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and any helpful details about your concern; photos are always appreciated to help us understand what went wrong. Requests that come in after seven days may not be eligible.

Return Process

Once we receive your request, our team will review your concern and typically respond within two business days. If your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or discuss next steps depending on your location and situation. After we have received and inspected the item, we aim to process any refund or replacement as quickly as possible, usually within a few working days. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).

General Terms

For any return to be possible, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging. If courier pickup is not available at your address, we will work with you to suggest alternative solutions. Returns may be declined if they do not meet the above conditions.
